9:00 a.m. – 9:25 Arrival

9:30 – 9:45 Circle time: We sing songs, listen to music, practice the days of the week, months of the year, the weather, seasons, holidays, and traditions. We also introduce our activity of the day, related to our Monthly unit of study and briefly talk about it.
9:45 – 10 Snack
10 – 10:45 Outside play and exploration: We play outside and have some time to play and enjoy the fresh air and the environment that surrounds us.
10:45 – 11:15 Reading/Puzzles: We read books or listen to poems or music and discuss what we learned from the book, poems, music, etc.
11:15 – 12 Activity exploration: Students work in groups to complete the activity of the day. Teachers select an activity that reinforces coloring, painting, motor skills, or an academic topic that is related to our monthly unit of study.
12 – 12:30 Lunch
12:30 – 12:45 Socio-emotional Learning (SEL): Children have a small reflection about the day, and the teacher reads our Monthly book to strengthen SEL that focuses on topics such as emotions, personal space and respect.
12:45 – 1 p.m. Dismissal
